- Stage 2
Application Review
Once we have received your application, we will review it. If you are a potential match, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
- Stage 3
First round interview
Interviews are held in-person or via video conference. This first interview will be with the position's direct supervisor and the Recruiting Manager. We want to hear all about your experience and what attracted you to Manhattan Youth. We’ll also ask you some behavioral and situational questions. You’ll get the chance to ask us about the job and what it’s like to work with us.
- Stage 4
Second round interview
The second interview will be with our Executive Director, Bob Townley. Bob will ask you questions about your experience and tell you all about Manhattan Youth.
- Stage 5
Third round interview
The third and final interview will be with the principal at the school where this position is assigned. Ultimately, the decision rests with Manhattan Youth, but Program Directors work closely with school principals so we like to give everyone a chance to meet.
- Stage 6
Offer
If everyone agrees you are a good fit, we'll send you an offer letter that includes your title, pay rate, location, and schedule. Just accept the offer and you can start the onboarding process!

Hired
Once you have accepted your offer, you can begin the new hire onboarding process. Our onboarding process has government mandated components and must be completed before people can begin working at Manhattan Youth. The process includes payroll paperwork, online training modules, fingerprinting, background checks, and references.
