- Stage 2
Application Review
Once we have received your application, we will review it. If you are a potential match, we will contact you to schedule a quick phone conversation with someone in our Recruiting Department.
- Stage 3
Talk to Recruiter
Recruiting Manager will contact candidates via phone or email to formally invite them in for a in-person group interview.
- Stage 4
In-person or video interview
In-person or video interviews are held with Program Directors and the interview will last 20-30 minutes. We want to hear all about your experience and what attracted you to Manhattan Youth. We’ll also ask you some behavioral and situational questions and you’ll get the chance to ask us about the job and what it’s like to work with us.
- Stage 5
In-Personn Group Interview
Applicants will be invited to join an In-Person Group Interview at our Downtown Community Center. This is facilitated by the Recruiting Manager and Site Directors are invited to participate.
- Stage 6
Offer
If everyone agrees you are a good fit, we'll send you an offer letter that includes your title, pay rate, location, and schedule. Just accept the offer and you can start the onboarding process!
- Stage 7
Onboarding
Our Onboarding team will be collecting documents and setting tentative hires with fingerprinting and medical visits. Once complete new hires will be provided a start date.
- Stage 8
Hired
Once you have accepted your offer, you can begin the new hire onboarding process. Our onboarding process has government mandated components and must be completed before people can begin working at Manhattan Youth. The process includes payroll paperwork, online training modules, fingerprinting, background checks, and references.
