- Stage 2
First round interview
Interviews are held in-person or via video conference. This first interview will be with the position's direct supervisor, an Education Director. We want to hear all about your experience and what attracted you to Manhattan Youth. We’ll also ask you some behavioral and situational questions. You’ll get the chance to ask us about the job and what it’s like to work with us.
- Stage 3
Second round interview
The second interview will be with our Executive Director, Bob Townley. Bob will ask you questions about your experience and tell you all about Manhattan Youth.

Offer
If everyone agrees you are a good fit, we'll send you an offer letter that includes your title, pay rate, location, and schedule. Just accept the offer and you can start the onboarding process!
