- Stage 2
Application Review
Once we have received your application, we will review it. If you are a potential match, we will contact you to schedule a quick phone conversation with someone in our Recruiting Department.
- Stage 3
Talk with a Recruiter
Your conversation with a recruiter will only take 10-15 minutes. We'll ask you some questions about yourself and give you a chance to ask about us. If we both agree it seems like a good fit, we will contact you to schedule an interview with a Program Director.
- Stage 4
In-person or video interview
In-person or video interviews are held with Program Directors and will last 30-60 minutes. We want to hear all about your experience and what attracted you to Manhattan Youth. We’ll also ask you some behavioral and situational questions and you’ll get the chance to ask us about the job and what it’s like to work with us.
As part of the interview process, we may ask candidates to give us a quick teaching demo so we can get an idea of their teaching style. The demo should be 5-10 minutes long. If there are opportunities at multiple sites, you may be contacted by multiple Program Directors.
If we all agree it’s a good fit, you’ll be offered a position.
