Once we have received your application, we will review it. If you are a potential match, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
- Stage 3
First Round Zoom Interview with Recruiter
This is a screen via video conference. This first step will be with the Recruiting Manager. We want to hear all about your experience and what attracted you to Manhattan Youth. You’ll get the chance to ask us about the job and what it’s like to work with us.
- Stage 4
First Round Interview
The second interview will be with our Payroll Specialist and Budget Director. Great opportunity to showcase you skill set.
- Stage 5
Second Interview
This second and last interview will be with the Comptroller and our Chief Operating Officer.

Onboarding

Hired
Once you have accepted your offer, you can begin the new hire onboarding process. Our onboarding process has government mandated components and must be completed before people can begin working at Manhattan Youth. The process includes payroll paperwork, online training modules, fingerprinting, background checks, and references.
